Master Classes took place on the 17th of February 2023, at the Culinary Academy, Maridalsveien 87, bygg 7) in the frame of the implementation of the EU financed campaign “EU Organic”.
Participants were chefs, food influencers and opinion leaders had the opportunity to learn more about the superior quality of the delicious European organic products, their specific properties and learn to prepare different recipes with organic products.
Through the European financed campaign “EU Organic” aims to promote Organic Products in South Korea, Switzerland and Norway.
These products are being produced with the highest quality and food safety standards and reach as many consumers as possible, increasing product awareness and offering people the opportunity to savor exceptional taste of European products.
